Key Responsibilities/主要岗位职责:
· The primary focus of this role will be to deliver exceptional customer service. Support Account Manager On all matters relating to translation tasks/协助客户经理完成并提供优质的日语翻译工作;
· Download assets from client design library/相关素材下载;
· Translate technical / business emails and documents in Japanese/Chinese/精通中日商业文件/邮件等材料的翻译;
· Other ad hoc assignments/其余由客户经理布置的任务;
Job Requirement/Qualifications/必备岗位要求:
- Hard Skills/硬性条件:
§ College degree or above, Japanese or related major/大专以上学历,日语或相关专业;
§ Good command of Japanese writing and Chinese-Japanese or Japanese-Chinese translation ability is a must/必须具有良好的日语写作能力,并具有日文或日文翻译能力;
§ 1 years working experience in translation, abide by professional ethics/1年以上翻译工作经验,遵守职业道德;
§ Love translation work, strong ownership, detail-oriented, meticulous integrity punctuality, serious and result-oriented, strong sense of responsibility/热爱翻译工作,拥有强烈的主人翁精神,注重细节,认真守时,认真而注重结果,有强烈的责任心;
§ E-commerce / IT or relevant experience is a plus/电子商务/ IT或相关经验者优先;
§ Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit/好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
§ Oversea experience (Japan) is a plus/具有海外经验(日本)优先;

§ Well-presented/优异的表达力;
§ PC literate (Word, Excel, PPT, email etc)/个人计算机知识(Word,Excel,PPT,电子邮件等);
§ Japanese Language is must/必须具备日语能力;
